ABSTRACT
Certain import and export procedures are uniform worldwide. However, there are specific requisites to import into or export from Mexico when NAFTA and/or maquila rules apply. Therefore, the purpose of this chapter is to provide a basic summary of import and export requirements under NAFTA or maquila regulations.
