ABSTRACT
I was sexually harassed and raped while in the Army a few years back. Even though there were other women whom this sick man defiled, he was given the choice to resign his commission at the article 32 hearing. I have tried many times to have my voice heard. Nobody has listened. I certainly don’t hate the Army, but I believe that this problem is more widespread than anyone is willing to talk about. . . . I have also had contact in the past with other military women who have had similar experiences. (Active-duty Army, stationed in Germany)

Most women who have been in the military are more than willing to talk about their experiences in the armed forces. No one knows better about what really happens behind the scenes than those who have been there-in the formations and in the trenches.
