ABSTRACT

Qualitative analysis, or analysis of words, is referred to as content analysis, and its basic task is to understand, interpret, and represent the meaning of what has been said. Perhaps most crucial to this process is the researcher’s awareness of personal bias, ranging from those that direct him or her toward a certain topic in the first place to those that tend to hide in the back of his or her mind as analysis takes place.
