ABSTRACT
I don't remember what happens next. I know that, in time, the man becomes familiar. He comes out of the attic once in awhile to be with me and Mamusha. She's not scared of him, so I figure it's all right, even though I know something is wrong there. Mamusha reassures me that there are no more wolves to worry about. But she says we have to keep a big secret. Never, never tell anyone about this man. Eventually (I don't remember when specifically), I call the man Tatush (Daddy).
