ABSTRACT
This article discusses important new developments related to the three core standards that underpin resource sharing and interlibrary loan. Topics include the Bath Profile and U.S. National Profile for Z39.50; the IPIG-OCLC ILL Policies Directory, the Request Submission Message used in conjunction with the ILL Protocol; and Z39.83, the new NISO Circulation Interchange Protocol (NCIP).
