ABSTRACT
How does electronic delivery of interlibrary loan articles differ from traditional physical delivery and what are the legal implications? Does electronic delivery of interlibrary loan constitute a difference in kind or scale? As with electronic reserves, we will look at a list of similarities and differences between traditional and electronic delivery of interlibrary loan items and examine the legal implications.
