ABSTRACT
Basically, the work here is the same as always: Wire is wire! But it’s changed, too. There’s a lot of paperwork now and participation, which is good and bad. They will listen now and you can have ideas and instead of being told they’re dumb they say, “Let’s try it.” It’s like “put up or shut up.” Now you’re expected to participate so you can see your ideas make a difference.
