ABSTRACT
Location: Somnāth sits on the shores of the Arabian Sea on the southern tip of the Kāthiāwār Peninsula in the western Indian state of Gujarāt. Located in the Junāgadh district, Somnāth is only about fifty miles from the district capital, Junāgadh.
