ABSTRACT
This chapter follows the development and integration of alternative approaches to assessment through a change agent cascade programme at the University of Plymouth. No claims are made for the uniqueness of the alternatives. What is unique, is that the process of their introduction, adaptation, implementation, dissemination and widespread adoption can be tracked. Some of these mechanisms include a series of posters of the innovations which are presented in this chapter as figures and the context and process are discussed.
