In this chapter, we will describe a decision tool widely used to help answer such questions: Cost-Benefit Analysis. Understanding cost-benefit analysis will:

help you to evaluate governmental decisions which affect you, and

provide you with a decision-making tool which you can use to make business and personal decisions,
