ABSTRACT
The opportunities available to openly queer people in the United States continue to grow as acceptance of queer folks becomes more widespread. Although in most states, it is still legal to discriminate against us in housing, on the job, and often in the schools, the youth in this collection were amazingly optimistic about what was available to them in the future.
