ABSTRACT
This section considers possible approaches to monitoring and evaluation and addresses common dilemmas and questions. Delivering effective behaviour support based on a systemic model makes particular demands on measuring and reviewing success. What follows are examples of how support services have innovated conventional monitoring and evaluation to take into account the impact of support on school systems and culture.
