ABSTRACT

The Seven Levels of Consciousness Model described in Chapter 5 has not only been used to create a set of survey instruments to help organizations manage their values, it has also been used to create a set of survey instruments to help leaders, managers and supervisors monitor and manage their values and behaviours, as well as measuring their level of personal entropy. These survey instruments form part of the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) described in Chapter 6. Annex 18 provides a list of the CTT survey instruments that can be used by leaders, managers and supervisors to reduce their personal entropy, support their development and evaluate their level of values and mission alignment. Annex 19 describes the data plots associated with each of these instruments.
