ABSTRACT
Preparedness is one of the three main components of the Wider Pedagogical Role model. As we saw in the Introduction, there are two aspects of TA preparedness:
1 TAs’ overall preparation for the role of teaching; 2 TAs’ day-to-day preparation for supporting particular subjects, lessons, tasks and pupils.
