ABSTRACT
The primary history curriculum identifies a set of key knowledge and skills which children are expected to achieve by the end of Key Stage 2. In addition to this it outlines the content and breadth of what we teach through the program of study. When implementing whole school planning, it is essential that it should promote the five key areas of primary history curriculum:
n Chronological Understanding n Knowledge and Understanding n Historical Enquiry n Historical Interpretation n Organization and Communication.
