ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Synthesis of nanostructured LiCoO2 and TiO2 via microwave assisted and conventional hydrothermal methods, respectively, is presented. The physical properties of the resulting material are characterised via X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Cyclic voltammetry and Galvanostatic Intermittent Titration Technique are used to study differences of the electrochemical properties compared to bulk material.
