ABSTRACT
Ms. Diaz, an educational assistant at Pike Elementary School, stopped by the staff lounge before the start of the school day to leave her lunch in the refrigerator. While she was there she overheard a conversation between two teachers regarding an after-school meeting scheduled for later that day. The teachers, Ms. Bayfi eld and Mr. Dawson, mentioned the importance of the meeting, but they seemed unsure about whether it would fi t into their schedules.
