ABSTRACT
In March 2010, Joe Kotarba’s daughter, Jessie, got married in New Orleans, LA. It was a beautiful wedding on a beautiful day. The actual ceremony took place in Audubon Park in the historic Garden District. The reception was also in the park, hosted down the candlelit path in the elegant Tea Room.
