ABSTRACT
My task is to achieve and sustain the highest standard of Government in terms of incorruptibility, integrity, and competence so that you will enjoy the highest standard of living possible. My Government must produce jobs, pay increases, homes, schools, social harmony, economic growth, the lot which gives you a better life. If we succeed, as we have done in the last five years, $22 million a year for my team under the new formula to be implemented over several years, is small beer.
