ABSTRACT
BIM (Building Information Modeling) practices in companies are developing rapidly and some features are used as routines in project business. Companies are eager to adapt the new technology to gain given promises for business benefits, like saving the working time or better accuracy of quality of the work. Properly used BIM (Building Information Modeling) can contribute to high construction productivity and improve the quality of built environment.
