ABSTRACT
The differential methylation analysis was used nonparametric t test, Wilcoxon Rank Signed test, to compare with exposure and non-exposure group and performed by SAS/JMP genomics 5 (SAS Institute Inc.). The multiple test was performed by q-value package of R programming script language (https://www.r-project.org/).
