ABSTRACT
Three sampling of plant has been made. The first sampling is made at the 30 day after the barley sowing. The second sampling was after 110 days and the third after 130 days. For the sampling of plant the quartering method has been employed. Plant samples collected during the experiment were washed and dissected. Each plant parts have been dried until constant weight is obtained and is screening with a 1 mm grid. Then 0.5 g of the sample has been weighted and digested in a microwave oven under the same conditions as soil. ICP-AES was also used for the As determination in plants.
