ABSTRACT
Considerate brides and grooms recognize and appreciate all those who have helped to plan and celebrate their wedding day. From the bridesmaids to the groomsmen, from the ring bearer to the flower girl, from the parents to the guests, gift giving opportunities surrounding a wedding are truly limitless. The savvy wedding planner can helpfully make suggestions to the couple as they plan the “who, how and when” of favors and gifts. The primary focus of this chapter is on gifts from the couple, including six major types of favors, packaging options, wedding guest gift baskets and wedding party gifts. The chapter concludes by considering gifts for the couple.
