ABSTRACT
Performance analysis has developed with methodological advances in the past decade. Topics in the field of performance analysis were segmented according to various stages of the analysing process. One of the fundamental steps for analysing performances is making a selection of valid performance indicators (Hughes and Bartlett, 2002) as well as selection of analysis purposes. Hughes and Bartlett (2002) have suggested a way to select performance indicators which is based on successful outcomes. The definition of a performance indicator has been discussed for real-time and lapsed-time systems (Choi, 2008).
