ABSTRACT
The bibliography is divided into four sections; the first covers published chapters and articles in books, including whole books and booklets, by individual authors, the second lists publications (books and documents) issued by official and corporate bodies, and the third includes articles, periodicals and working papers. These three sections include nearly all of the references cited in individual chapters: unpublished manuscripts and a few specialized references have been omitted.
