ABSTRACT
At the present time, the United Kingdom is in the middle of a revolution in industrial training. It has taken a long time to recognize the need to change the traditional system but now that it has begun, the reorganiza-tion promises to be so thorough that the word ‘revolutionary’ is entirely appropriate.
