The Training of Personnel at the Moscow Light-Car Plant

The Moscow Light-Car Plant (MLCP), which produces ‘Moskvich’ cars, is the leading enterprise in the Soviet Union for the manufacture of light cars. The plant increases its output from year to year (production has increased by 26,000 cars as against i960); the quality of the cars is con-stantly improving; ‘Moskvich’ enjoys a high reputation on the domestic and foreign markets and is exported to 67 countries.
