ABSTRACT
The ten specified phases are not sufficient to ensure the success of a BPM project, as a BPM project requires many aspects and facets to be covered. Without the three essentials of project management, people change management and leadership being an integral part of a BPM activity the likelihood of success is significantly diminished and certainly risk is much higher.
