Successes and failures in delivering urban renewal through partnerships
This chapter summarises the discussion in the previous chapters. The fi rst section sets out the key fi ndings from the case study areas, examining the hypothesis and research questions in relation to the case studies. The chapter then discusses the fi ndings by looking at issue around the governance models, and why these network and partnership models were dominated by large actors in an asymmetrical fashion in the urban renewal policy process. The underlying causes behind these fi ndings are then also summarised.
