ABSTRACT
The picture so far would seem to suggest an extraordinary extent of conceptual concordance coupled with, at best, very limited conceptual influence. But the story does not end here, for neither was the conceptual agreement as seamless, nor was Kennedy’s influence as limited as it would appear.
