ABSTRACT
Very high concentrations of 5-10% have been used in CRPS and neuropathic pain. The irritant effect of such high concentrations requires that the drug is administered under regional blockade. One technique involves the application of the concentrated preparation into the ureters after catheterization at cystoscopy: epidural analgesia is required for several days.
