Discussion The Biopty gun procedure is cost effective and can be performed in the office under local anesthesia. The total procedure usually lasts less than 10 minutes. The place of this method in the assessment of patients with ED and a definition of the histological criteria by light or electron microscopic studies must be determined to include or exclude patients for penile surgery.
