ABSTRACT
Disorders of the interface between the dermis and epidermis include the papulosquamous diseases, lichen planus, lichen nitidus, pityriasis rosea, chronic superficial scaly dermatitis, ‘parapsoriasis’ (Chapter 6), pityriasis lichenoides, seborrhoeic dermatitis (Chapter 2), and granuloma annulare (Chapter 6).
