ABSTRACT
This chapter considers the transition phase of an organization design project. It discusses the role of leaders during this phase. Keeping transition momentum going in the face of day-to-day work during this phase is discussed along with a number of commonly emerging issues and the suggestion is made that celebrating successes can help.
