ABSTRACT

In August, Stanchak had given his engineers the express mission of moving TicketLeap’s ticketing platform in-house in order to have more control over its redesign. As part of his expansion plan, Stanchak was exploring the idea of migrating the operation to cloud computing. Still a relatively new concept, cloud computing would allow him to have access to multiple servers that could quickly scale up or down to handle the sudden surges in activity of online ticket purchasers.
