ABSTRACT
Before starting this chapter, try drawing a picture of how you would ideally look, and also one of what you fi nd most attractive in another person. Don’t worry about your drawing ability, no-one else is going to look at this. You can always draw a stick fi gure with words and arrows pointing at the important bits, or cut out and stick in images of different body parts from magazines.
