ABSTRACT
This chapter explores developments in the integration of children's services in England. In doing so it feeds into the four central themes of this volume, namely:
what constitutes working across boundaries;
why we work across boundaries;
theorizing organizational forms and configurations; and
identifying enablers and barriers to effective cross-boundary working.
