Health and safety considerations during colouring and lightening are particularly important as you are applying chemicals that could be harmful to the client and/ or yourself.
You will have covered most of these key health and safety considerations specifi c to colouring when you completed your Level 2 training. We recommend that you refresh your knowledge if necessary. Also, refer to Chapter 2 for more general information on health and safety.
