ABSTRACT
In this chapter we wrap up the material presented in Part II illustrating the poten-tiality of the MuSIASEM approach for practical applications. In particular, we provide an overview of how to combine the various quantitative protocols presented thus far in order to examine scenarios of metabolic patterns based on alternative energy sources.
