ABSTRACT
Parts of chapters to follow are somewhat more technical than the rest of this book. While written with the aim of being fully understandable for most readers, the most technical parts have been marked by extra wide left-hand margins. These parts may be clarifying to some readers, but can be skipped without missing the main ideas.
