ABSTRACT
Part III has examined the issues surrounding how to achieve better performance through retrofitting of buildings through utilising new technologies and better integration with human systems. The notion of how this influences behavioural factors is based on the premise that synergies between technological and human systems are necessary for the whole to operate at its optimum performance.
