A much-loved building in Melbourne's Collins Street has undergone refurbishment to ensure it remains a key asset in its owner's property portfolio for years to come. GPT Group's 530 Collins Street building is a landmark of Melbourne's most prestigious business thoroughfare. Running through the middle of the CBD, Collins Street extends from what has become known as the ‘Paris end’ in the east or top end of the city, to the more recently developed Docklands business precinct to the west.
