ABSTRACT
There are two types of intruder alarm system available, the hard-wired system and the wireless variety. Clearly, the latter appears attractive from an installation point of view, as there are no cables to be run. However, nuisance operation can be caused by stray radio frequencies unrelated to the system. The hardwired type is preferred as it is very reliable.
