ABSTRACT

Mr Baker is a much-loved and respected figure in the village, well known for his delicious bread and cakes. One day the children are disturbed to find that his shop window is empty. What could be the problem? The children are invited to help the incapacitated baker make bread and cakes. They are also asked to help design and make a surprise birthday cake for the King. When they deliver the cake to the palace they find that the King has toothache because he has failed to take care of his teeth. The children teach him how to brush his teeth properly and make regular visits to the ‘Tendist’.
