ABSTRACT

Let me, an evaluator, take you inside an innovation that takes place in a conservatoire of music and drama. But let me lead you there along some biographical routes and some brief anecdotes. This may seem to be an oblique entry to a project innovation, so the reader might relax for a moment and suspend the desire for a more conventional structure, which will emerge in due course. Thereafter, the first half of this article will portray the innovation, the second half will focus on its evaluation. But, from this point, the reader should keep in mind that this whole article represents an evaluator at work.
