ABSTRACT
In this final chapter, I want to pull together what I see as being the key themes that have run through the book. I will start with the studies and then move on to explore how the themes identified relate to clinical practice by highlighting key issues in the development of paediatric services. Returning full circle, in the final section of the book I will consider areas for future research.
