ABSTRACT
In the following pages you will find a number of exercises for continuous professional development. All have the overall aim of getting school education right for both boys and girls-the main thrust of this book. You will see that they have differing objectives. Some are mainly concerned with raising the awareness of staff; some with encouraging personal reflection on existing classroom practice; and others with working towards a whole school policy and action plan.
