The experiential nature of group behaviour and learning requires the worker and members to engage in an interaction which, by its nature, touches on all aspects of the human experience. The quality and richness of this interaction is in part a product of the processes that the worker knowingly or unknowingly helps to initiate and the relevance of the methods or ‘technology’ used to assist the group achieve its ends and resolve its problems.
