Models for children’s process of learning in art and teaching strategies to support learning

In this Unit we suggest some models that describe the process of children’s learning in art, and the necessary teaching strategies that will support that learning. We continue to stress how important it is for the teacher to understand the particular nature of visual art and its processes so that they can better support children’s learning.
