Lindsay Nicholson could see something wasn’t right. The woman she was watching struggled to navigate the online version of Good Housekeeping; Nicholson, as editor of the magazine, was concerned. With more readers using mobile devices like iPads and smartphones to access the digital versions of print titles, the process had to be as smooth as possible. Nicholson could see that getting around Good Housekeeping on an iPhone was not as straightforward as it should be.
